Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

Orders over $100 may qualify for free shipping (as displayed at checkout).

Customers may select In-Store Pickup at checkout.

Delivery windows may vary depending on order volume and scheduling.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Fun Moments Party Candy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Fun Moments Party Candy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING
