All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of party supplies, candy products, seasonal merchandise, and event-based purchases, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Fun Moments Party Candy does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once merchandise has been purchased.

Please carefully review your items before completing your purchase.


No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Candy, snacks, or food items (opened or unopened)

  • Piñatas

  • Balloons or balloon decorations once they leave the store

  • Party decorations or supplies

  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Special orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Unused items or changes in event plans do not qualify for refunds.


Event Cancellation Policy

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes to your event, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Venue changes

  • Personal scheduling changes

  • Event postponements or cancellations

All purchases remain final regardless of event circumstances.


Inspection Required at Time of Purchase

Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of purchase or pickup.

Once merchandise leaves the premises, Fun Moments Party Candy is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by transport

  • Improper handling or storage

  • Balloon deflation due to environmental conditions (heat, cold, sunlight, handling)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours:
